In the investment banking business, we provide support and consulting services to provide optimal solutions to clients in the fields of finance and real estate. In recent years, our main service menu has been general investment consulting, development of investment projects, and provision of investment opportunities, with the main investment targets being domestic real estate such as residential properties, offices, commercial facilities, healthcare facilities, and childcare facilities, as well as renewable energy power generation businesses. Our staff, who have a wide range of expertise, primarily in finance and real estate, will provide the necessary services, such as financial strategy creation, securitization arrangements, fund raising, structured finance, private fund formation, and M&A brokerage, in line with the client's business environment and requests, providing comprehensive support for the client's business strategy.

 

In the asset management business, we provide services corresponding to a wide range of asset types, such as the management of funds targeting REITs and real estate trust beneficiary rights, and the management of funds targeting actual real estate based on the Real Estate Specified Joint Venture Act.

 

Furthermore, we will develop a wealth management business in the real estate field, providing individuals and asset management companies with investment opportunities in equity, such as private placement funds established by our investment banking and asset management businesses, as well as investment opportunities in actual real estate.
